As a leader it is my responsibility to bring out the best in the people I work with. I give them the freedom to shine, give credit where and when it's due, and encourage, compliment and uplift.

Vision

As a leader, I strive to my team an understanding of their responsibilities and meaning behind the tasks they are assigned.

I ensure they have the tools they need to complete their assignments. I strive to provide a combination of autonomy, independence, and motivation.
